TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Booking and Confirmation:

• To secure a booking, 50% deposit is required.
• Full payment must be paid on after visa.
• Late payments may result in the cancellation/delay of the booking.
• Cost may vary if complete payment will not proceed on given time frame.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• In case of tour cancellation by the client, 300,000 PKR will be nonrefundable and also depend upon the processing cost, Before 14 days.
• 100% of advance payment will be non-refundable if tour is cancelled by client for any reason in less than 14 days prior to travel.
• Once airline tickets are issued for the client, package plan will be 100% non-refundable.
• Cancelation made due to any reason; refund amount will be processed within 21 days of time.
• In case of visa rejection only visa processing cost will be deducted from payment and remaining payment will be returned.
• If any delay by the client, other than the visa processing fee payment will be adjusted in further tour plan.

3. Itinerary Changes:

• Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

• Any change in itinerary by the client will may affect the cost of complete package (depend upon Availabilities)

• Group tour dates may change according to conditions.
• There may be changes in hotels depending on the availability of bookings though, the category will be Maintained the same.

4. Travel Documents:

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all required travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and obtained before departure.
• Roam Tourism does not take any responsibility or liability with regards to Embassy’s decision regarding visas.
• We will provide information and assistance, but is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation by the client.

5. Responsibility of the Traveler:

• Travelers are responsible for their behavior and must follow local laws and customs.
• The travel agency is not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during the tour.
• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the journey.
• The company will not be responsible if you go somewhere after our tours and any mishap happens.
• Traveler will inform to company that where he/she is going after tour just for awareness.

6. Force Majeure:

• The travel agency is not liable for any disruptions or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

• Roam Tourism does not take any responsibility or liability with regards to Embassy’s decision regarding visas.
• Company will not responsible if there is any change in flight schedule due to some unknown reasons.
• If the Roam Tourism arranges services provided by third-party vendors on your demand, they may disclaim responsibility for any issues, delays, or problems arising from those services.

• The company will not be responsible if you go somewhere after our tours and any mishap happens.
• The company will not be responsible if any mishap happens during tour activities.
• Roam Tourism as company has the right to amend or cancel tour in case of any emergency.

7.Tour Exclusions:

• Transportation facilities, meals and other services are based on local standard.
• Package is exclusive of any expenses caused by external factors like delays, road blocks, logistical Problems or political outcome and airline policies

• Any type of entry ticket, extra activity tickets are not included in package which are not mentioned in Booklet.

• The tour price does not include expenses such as personal items, meals not specified, and optional activities. Any additional expenses incurred by the traveler are their responsibility.

8. Traveler’s Acceptance:

• By making a booking, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
